The Five Questions Pastors Ask Before Enrolling

How much time does the cohort take each week?

Plan on about two hours a week. The center is a live 90-minute Zoom, Tuesdays at 11am Pacific, plus a short application prompt. Sessions are recorded if you cannot attend live. Two 1:1 calls with Chap happen across the 12 weeks.

Is $200 actually worth it compared to what I get?

The honest comparison is to the $950 self-paced Fuller Equip course. The $200 covers small-group facilitation and the 1:1 coaching arc — the parts that do not exist on a recorded course. If you only want the content, take the self-paced option.

How much total time am I committing across the 12 weeks?

About twenty-five to thirty hours across the full cohort. If you are in a heavy ministry season, wait for a later run rather than barrel through exhausted.

Who is this cohort actually for?

Senior pastors who want peers, ministry leaders on staff or volunteer who want deeper theological grounding, and coaches working with churches. It is not a fully-async, go-at-your-own-pace experience.

What is the format — live or recorded?

Live 12-week cohort, one meeting a week on Zoom, recorded if you miss. Two one-on-one calls with Chap across the twelve weeks.
